God's Awesomeness

Last night I was reminded of my awesome responsibility but yet I am not alone and have help on my path. As the girls get ready for bed they WILL not settle down for the night without story time and prayers. Even at three years old they have begun to rely on talking to Jesus and that just melts my mother's heart felt desire to raise godly children. I also can so understand the sadness that mom felt as we were growing up and not following God's path.

There are a few pure sounds in this world, a child's laughter and a child saying prayers to Jesus.

I agree. Lots of times I will look at my children's lives and just wish I had known what they know, or had the opportunities to get to know God and be apart of a church family. I have to chalk it up to God's plan for my life, in making me who I am today.
But yes, when Joshua says, "Jesus" in that 3 yr. old voice, I just love it!

Mission Statement

I would like our home to be clutter-free, inviting and peaceful. My goal is to decide which tasks I need to do or delegate each day so we can maintain a better, more organized lifestyle. My goals also include providing an environment where my children can learn to be productive and Godly people. I want my family and others to know that this house is one where they can be free to live simply, love deeply and laugh abundantly. I want to be able to invite friends over without having to clean up for three days beforehand.
