Simple things

Last night when Brian got home, I told him to change clothes because we were going out to dinner just him and I. So since Nique is here, I have a babysitter to watch the kids without having to "pay" horrendous rates. It was so nice. We went to this all you can eat Japanese buffet. We were able to sit and enjoy our food and each other's company without the kids climbing all over us.

Yesterday I made banana pancakes for the kids for dinner before we left. They were a HUGE hit and kids have already asked for more. Too funny.

So glad y'all had a nice dinner date. Sometimes you just need some adult time. ;0)

Banana pancakes... yum!

Mission Statement

I would like our home to be clutter-free, inviting and peaceful. My goal is to decide which tasks I need to do or delegate each day so we can maintain a better, more organized lifestyle. My goals also include providing an environment where my children can learn to be productive and Godly people. I want my family and others to know that this house is one where they can be free to live simply, love deeply and laugh abundantly. I want to be able to invite friends over without having to clean up for three days beforehand.
