Leo and his broken teeth

Yesterday I was reading a blog about being THAT family that others talk about because something is always happening to them. Lately I have been feeling like that. Can't seem to catch a break. The girls are growing (which is a good thing means they are healthy) out of their carseats. They have gone from a size 8 to a size 9.5 shoe in a matter of 2 months if that. Winter is coming which means snowsuits for all the kids (which we were able to get at a good price). Leo got kicked in the head while on the trampoline and we had to go to the ER. Fortunately it wasn't a concussion just a nasty bruise.

Now to the latest adventure... Just as I was reading the blog, Leo comes in, without tears holding part of his front tooth. He was laying on the skateboard, Caleb was pushing him. The skateboard hit a bump in the sidewalk. Leo kept going and road rashed his upper lip and nose and broke a large chunk of one tooth and chipped a corner of the other front tooth. I hurriedly looked up a dentist on the insurance site. They were able to get him in immediately. All I can say is I am grateful for dental insurance. At least they will cover part of it.

Hopefully and prayerfully the rest the month will go rather quietly. God is my strength and will supply ALL my needs!!!

Mission Statement

I would like our home to be clutter-free, inviting and peaceful. My goal is to decide which tasks I need to do or delegate each day so we can maintain a better, more organized lifestyle. My goals also include providing an environment where my children can learn to be productive and Godly people. I want my family and others to know that this house is one where they can be free to live simply, love deeply and laugh abundantly. I want to be able to invite friends over without having to clean up for three days beforehand.
