Back home:)

It felt so good to sleep in my own bed last night. The trip was so good but Wednesday night and Thursday were both long and hard. My cylce started 3 days early (isn't that how it always works). Thursday when we got to the airport, I realized my camera was gone. I think I left it at the bellhop's desk while we were getting our bags. BUT noone has turned it in or remembers seeing it. Fortunately I had downloaded pictures to my computer except for Wednesday and Thursday pictures. But I am so sad, I love my camera and can't imagine not having it nor can I afford to replace it right now. But you know what, I trust God to give me PEACE. Either the camera is found or it isn't but I can't control that.

Brian took awesome care of the kids and house while I was gone. In fact, I came home to a cleaner house than I left and all the laundry is done. Now I have to keep it up. Today we are enjoying a day of family time.

I will be praying about your camera. You see what God did with Corey's bag, just believe and like you said you have no control. Praying peace for you right now. Glad that you ejoyed your trip. :) Miss you!

I'm so sorry about your camera. So, Brian must be an awesome dad and husband - he let you go on a trip to Chicago, watched all the kids, cleaned the house AND did the laundry???? I know we do these things all the time, but somehow it always amazes me when the dad's do them!

Brian is an AMAZING dad and husband. I went to Chicago for business so we view that the same as his TDY trips.

Oh no, I am so sorry that you lost your camera. I am glad that you enjoyed your trip. It sounded like so much fun. I hope that it turns out. (I just got a letter in the mail with a card that had fallen out of my wallet over 3 weeks ago, so you never know.)

I'm so glad you had a such a wonderful trip. You deserved it!! I will be in prayer about your camera. I know how much you love photography so I hope it comes back to you. The pic of you and Brian all dressed up is amazing. You look so beautiful!! I can't believe how much your kids have all grown. It seems like you just left yesterday but it's already been months!! I pray continued blessings for your and yours. Love you!!

Mission Statement

I would like our home to be clutter-free, inviting and peaceful. My goal is to decide which tasks I need to do or delegate each day so we can maintain a better, more organized lifestyle. My goals also include providing an environment where my children can learn to be productive and Godly people. I want my family and others to know that this house is one where they can be free to live simply, love deeply and laugh abundantly. I want to be able to invite friends over without having to clean up for three days beforehand.
